About five minutes. Free.

How it works

Answer the intake form. It takes about 5 minutes, from your phone or laptop. Production basics, location, dietary needs — the same questions we'd ask you on a call.

Get your breakdown on the spot. Exact numbers built from your answers. Food, labor, procurement, and delivery, each on its own line. A copy goes to your inbox.

Choose your path. Run the plan yourself, or hire us and we do the work. Either way, you know the number before the shoot.

What the estimate covers

Exact figures

Exact figures are built from your answers and Central Valley production experience. No ranges. The breakdown shows how each figure was calculated.

Location details

Visible line items

Labor, procurement, and delivery each get their own line. The work is shown instead of being combined into one amount.

The founder

George Ohan · Producer

George Ohan is a producer based in the Central Valley, California, with a background in independent film and festival production. He's taken projects from prep to delivery and knows what that takes — including keeping a set fed.

His years as a U.S. Army Staff Sergeant shaped how he works: preparation, logistics, and follow-through. Producer Ohan's Way is built on those habits — straightforward, practical support, producer to producer.
